Williamsburg, Brooklyn USA! Where the hipsters and Hasidim meet and fight over bike lanes! Liquid Innovations gets all its interns from this sexy neighborhood and one day we noticed them lined up in front of a truck on North 8th to pick up lunch: Tacos! With braised pork shoulder, avocado, chipotle, radishes and lime! We ran back to the lab and raided the Mexican section of our pantry to whip up a survival beverage that beats Pabst Blue Ribbon by an overpriced one-bedroom apartment!

Introducing our Chorizo Taco flavor! Weak-livered consumers should stop reading now! Though chorizo is made all over the world, we love the Mexican version best! A hot and spicy mixture of pig lips, lymph nodes and salivary glands ground up and liquidized with an added touch of pico-de-gallo and beans for extra authenticity! Ay Ay Ay! Es en fuego!

Ukraine! Destined to be swallowed up by Russia as it makes its geopolitical play for the region! Soon, desperate Ukranians will turn to NATO in hopes of fending off the new threat from Moscow! But until they do, let us rejoice in that heartwarming staple of both cultures: Borscht! And since this is the MeatWater version, we threw out the beets and used pork blood sausage to provide the signature deep red color! Serve it hot or cold (but we recommend body temperature)!
